Nova is an automated AI system and not a human employee. The interface labels Nova as an AI assistant before you enter a message.

02What Nova does

• —Answers general questions about services and published portfolio material.
• —Helps structure a project enquiry.
• —May ask for name, email, company, project type, budget, timeline and project details.
• —May create a lead record so an authorised team member can follow up.

03Limitations

Nova may produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. Its replies are not a binding offer, professional advice, a legal statement or a guarantee. A contract exists only when confirmed through the Agency's normal contracting process.

04Protect your information

Do not enter passwords, payment-card or bank details, trade secrets, information covered by a non-disclosure duty, or special-category personal data such as health, biometric, political, religious or sexual-orientation information.

05Data processing

Chat content and metadata are processed through the Base44 application and AI-agent services to provide the conversation and, when relevant, create a lead. Details of purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, storage and rights are in our Privacy Policy.

06Human contact

You do not have to use Nova. You can contact a human through the contact page or at info@designagencygroup.com. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made solely by Nova.
