How to incorporate the AGB

  1. 01Attach the current German AGB file to every proposal or order confirmation, or provide its direct URL before acceptance.
  2. 02Identify the exact version in the proposal and state that the AGB form part of the agreement.
  3. 03Obtain the client's acceptance together with the proposal and retain evidence of the version supplied and the date.
  4. 04Do not rely only on the footer link. Individually negotiated terms and the accepted proposal take precedence.

Suggested proposal clause

The General Terms and Conditions (B2B) of 360 Design Agency GmbH, version 1 September 2026, supplied with this proposal or made available at https://designagencyvienna.com/terms-conditions before acceptance, form part of the agreement. By accepting the proposal, the Client confirms receipt and acceptance of those terms.

Use the German clause in German-language contracts. Keep the downloaded file or a PDF printout with the signed proposal.
